PROJECT GO
On January 16-20, 2006, the Professional Organizers of Richmond donated their time to Hanover Tavern to get them organized in honor of Get Organized Month.

Hanover Tavern Foundation was founded in 1990 to save historic Hanover Tavern. The Foundation’s mission is to restore, preserve and utilize Hanover Tavern as an historic, educational, community and cultural resource center.

The staff and volunteers at Hanover Tavern includes a group of fabulous people, filled with energy and determination. Preserving the Tavern and educating others on its history is their main objective. They had little time to focus on their own personal needs and were working in spaces that did not reflect their personality, and did not function well for their day to day tasks. Now, after 5 full days of organizing they have a beautiful, functional space that supports their energetic style.

2D9 was honored to be involved in this event and is looking forward to doing this again for another non profit in 2007. To learn more about Project GO call 804-523-7733 or send an email to info@2d9.net. You can learn more about the Hanover Tavern by going to www.hanovertavern.org.
